I’m a Director of Projects leading EPC/EPS project management for Brownfield & Greenfield scopes in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, from planning to handover. Since January 2023, I’ve driven project KPIs through structured system setup and continuous progress, measurement, and reporting.
In my work, I balance cost finalization (CTR), budget monitoring, variance analysis, and mitigation actions, while running effective stakeholder management across client teams, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. I’m responsible for engineering management focused on inter-discipline interface resolutions, leading engineering review meetings (HAZOP, HAZID, 3D model review, design defend) and managing engineering progress reporting to release document approvals.
Earlier, I worked as a Project Manager at OilServ (January 2014–December 2022) and as a Project Engineer at DESCON Integrated Projects (January 2006–December 2013), coordinating EPC delivery using Primavera Project Planner, document control, monthly progress and financial reviews, and site-based quality assurance/trouble shooting. I started as a Proposal Engineer (DESCON Engineering, UAE), building technical/commercial proposals with Level II project plans, man & machine hour estimations, and price break-ups.
