What I'm looking for

I seek research or consulting roles that combine computational and experimental protein engineering, molecular dynamic simulation, homology modeling, molecular docking, genomics, collaborative teams, publication opportunities, and translational biotech impact.

I am an experienced biochemistry and microbiology researcher with a strong track record in protein engineering, metabolic engineering, and bioinformatics. I leverage computational tools and experimental methods to drive biotechnological innovation and support publication-quality research.

My work spans homology modeling, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations using tools such as GROMACS and Martini coarse-grained methods, combined with hands-on protein expression, purification, and biochemical characterization.

I have led and contributed to interdisciplinary projects from conception to publication in high-impact journals, contributed to a national microbial biobank metadata catalog adhering to FAIR principles, and hold patents and multiple peer-reviewed publications.

I collaborate effectively across academic and industry teams, provide consulting and training, and produce high-quality analysis reports, visualizations, and scientific communications to support research, grant writing, and technology translation.
