At Boltzmann Labs, I design AI-driven protein engineering pipelines for enzyme and antibody optimization, using RFdiffusion, LigandMPNN, ProteinMPNN, AlphaFold2, RoseTTAFold3, GNINA, OpenMM, and GROMACS.

I lead computational enzyme redesign from structure prediction and docking through molecular dynamics, stability analysis, and mutation prioritization. I also support generative antibody design by evaluating and optimizing RoseTTAFold Diffusion 3 workflows with AI researchers.

I've built end-to-end candidate-ranking workflows that combine protein language models, inverse folding, structural prediction, molecular docking, molecular dynamics, and biophysical analysis. My work also includes structure-based drug discovery, directed evolution platforms, and RNA-Seq analysis.

Beyond research, I coordinate DBT/BIRAC-funded collaborative programs, prepare grant proposals and commercialization strategies, and write scientific and technical documentation. I’m a DBT–BRIC BioE3 D.E.S.I.G.N Challenge winner and a co-author on AI protein-design manuscripts in preparation.
