What I'm looking for

I’m looking to take ownership of Modern Workplace services, building on my hands-on experience with Intune and Microsoft 365.

At Hemmersbach Experts GmbH, I support users at Generali Deutschland with first- and second-level IT support, SLA management, and incident escalation. I manage devices through Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, and handle hardware and software configuration and testing.

Previously, I supported E.ON Energie Deutschland in a complex enterprise environment, administering accounts, groups, and permissions across Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. I also handled second-level escalations and consulted business units on IT solutions and infrastructure optimization.

At RWE AG, I supported the remote-work transition with user onboarding, VPN and device configuration, and Office 365 rollout support. At TÜV SÜD GmbH, I provided second-level support and worked on client migrations and device rollouts.

Earlier, I worked as an IT freelancer and as an IT technician and engineer, supporting hardware and software, installing networks, and administering databases. I’m preparing for MD-102 and MS-102, with the goal of taking ownership of Modern Workplace services.
