At AIM, I’m architecting Vital Sense, an AI clinical decision-support platform for maternal health. I developed a .NET 10 modular monolith and a hybrid .NET and Python LangGraph pipeline that coordinates clinical agents using Azure OpenAI.

For Vital Sense, I integrated Epic through SMART on FHIR R4 and extended integrations to Cerner, Accuro, and TELUS PS Suite. I also developed the React clinician portal with real-time SignalR alerts and escalation workflows.
