What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute bilingual legal research, drafting, contract review, and regulatory support skills in a fast-paced legal practice, particularly in intellectual property, commercial law, trademark protection, and e-commerce regulation.

I supported senior lawyers at Eruditus Legal LLC with research on taxation, nationality, foreign investment, and personal data protection.

I reviewed corporate records for due diligence and patent filings, prepared legal memoranda and regulatory updates, and drafted bilingual legal documents, client materials, and website articles.

At PMAX Joint Stock Company, I reviewed and standardized bilingual commercial agreements, verified corporate and signing information, and supported contract execution workflows. I also prepared internal legal documents on Advertising Law and Intellectual Property.
