At EY, I manage delivery of a digital platform for a newly established Saudi government entity, replacing manual email- and spreadsheet-based operations. I led requirements workshops and secured client sign-off on a traceable Business Requirements Document before development began.
I govern Agile-Scrum delivery across a five-person team and advised on Saudi PDPL and NCA ECC compliance. The platform passed security readiness reviews and received formal client acceptance with zero scope disputes.
At MStart, I led architecture and delivery for a high-traffic digital goods e-commerce platform. Its modernized backend handled 120,000+ daily orders, reduced latency from three seconds to under 200 milliseconds, and supported an 8x capacity increase.
Earlier, I redesigned Grant Thornton’s Operational Risk Management platform for regulated financial institutions and served as its Product Owner and Enterprise Architect. The client base grew from five to more than 40 banks and insurance companies across EMEA.
