What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Operation Analyst/Credit Manager role in a reputed bank where I can use my credit operations, RBI reporting, and MIS skills to enhance operational efficiency, ensure smooth process execution, and reduce errors through strong compliance.

I’m a Credit Journalist and operations leader with 3+ years experience in Loan against Security alongside 8+ years in Retail Assets Banking. I’m known for improving operational efficiency through strong compliance, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven monitoring.

In my current role (Julius Baer Capital India Pvt Ltd), I work as a Senior Associate Manager as a Credit Journalist, handling loan disbursements against securities (Equity, MFs, Bonds/Debts), repayments/settlement, and interest collections in LAS via POA accounts and external bank transfers. I also manage pledging and de-pledging (off-market and inter-depository transfer), account opening and customer creation, CRILIC/SMA reporting to RBI monthly, and MIS/manual monitoring based on CPR tags—plus system enhancements and testing in UAT and production.

Earlier at ICICI Bank, I served as Manager Grade I - Retail Asset Operations (Two-Wheeler) for North Zone, leading end-to-end TW loan disbursement and coordinating across sales, credit, and product to keep the process smooth. I managed a large vendor and ops setup (85 vendor staff, 15 Ops Manager, and 8 vendor staff), delivered dashboards and MIS (disbursements, PDD, discrepancy, and TAT), and drove cost cutting by eliminating/smoothing processes.

Before that, I supported personal and auto/two-wheeler quick disbursement teams, focusing on NDC/QD, discrepancy reduction, automation initiatives, and meeting tight TAT targets (including 1-hour disbursement). With Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt training (Coursera) and a background in PGDB (Manipal University), I bring a process-first mindset—using Six Sigma tools and risk assessment to reduce errors and strengthen quality.
