IndiaWhat I'm looking for
I’ve been assessing and evaluating credit card and personal loan applications at HSBC since February 2023, following underwriting policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. I handle income assessment, bureau analysis, AML screening, KYC verification, fraud risk identification, and credit scoring analysis.
Before that, I ran day-to-day branch operations at Axis Bank (July 2021–January 2023), including CASA operations, customer onboarding, KYC verification, account opening, cash operations, and loan documentation. I also managed retail loan products and helped meet loan targets through customer acquisition and relationship management.
I’m comfortable with compliance-heavy workflows—loan documentation, SLA/TAT management, MIS reporting, and audit adherence—and I use MS Excel reporting heavily (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and dashboards) to keep operations moving.
