I’m a motivated credit manager with nearly 5 years of experience in credit analysis and risk management across auto, personal, and two-wheeler loan segments. I focus on portfolio behavior, underwriting quality, and corrective actions that protect profitability and objectives.
In my current role as a Circle Based Officer at STATE BANK OF INDIA, I source and process retail loans (Personal, Auto, Home Loan, and Top up) and analyze delinquency to curb it through timely interventions. I also proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products, while ensuring policy and process adherence.
Previously at ICICI BANK and HDFC BANK as a Credit Manager, I handled underwriting, document verification, sanction/rejection support, TAT-focused disbursement workflow, audit compliance, and channel risk management. I’ve also supported technology implementation for RLOS (Retail Loan Originating System) via a liaison role, and I bring process improvement, staff training, and data-driven best practices sharing to strengthen credit operations.
