At Amura Marketing Technologies, I build martech and agentic AI go-to-market systems for CRM and marketing reporting. I stream Kylas CRM data into PostgreSQL, combine it with Google Ads and order data in Looker Studio, and build dashboards that uncover issues such as a currency mismatch distorting ROAS.
I've delivered 22 departmental CRM reports, standardized 1,000+ lead records, and led a Zoho One CRM migration for an enterprise client. I also built an offline Python application that processes 1,000+ Meta Ads tax invoices in about three minutes and a Claude MCP reporting system that lets managers query CRM and marketing data in plain English.
At RaftLabs, I supported product, business analysis, and engineering teams across six in-house products. I created user flows and prototypes, co-authored requirements and user stories, validated API integrations, and logged 50+ UI and API defects.
My work combines Python, SQL, BI, CRM, product analysis, and AI. I’m also building a GCP-based RAG Telegram bot that reduces academic information lookup from minutes to under five seconds.
