I’m a Business Analyst and BI-focused data professional who builds stakeholder-ready reporting and decision support from operational data. I work across the full analytics lifecycle—gathering requirements, mapping processes, designing models, and delivering dashboards and executive summaries with SQL, Python, and Power BI.

In my CRM analytics work, I monitored a 100+ weekly inbound lead pipeline, analyzed CRM performance pulled from LeadSquared to find bottlenecks, and used Power BI dashboards to translate trends into faster, data-informed actions. I also create analysis that drives prioritization—supporting counselor focus on high-intent prospects through clearer funnel and pipeline reporting.

My projects reflect how I turn messy reporting into scalable systems: I built a 24-table MySQL data warehouse with a Python ETL pipeline and an analytics SQL library, and I created an AI-powered zero-code analytics platform that ranked top 2% of 500+ teams as a NIAT 2025 Finalist. I’m energized by turning complex outputs into actionable recommendations—whether that’s root-cause analysis, cohort-style insights, or dashboard automation.
