I'm the client-facing coordinator for four US provider accounts at Synergy Info Outsourcing, supporting mental health, primary care, and orthopedic practices.

I lead onboarding discovery, translate provider workflows into process guides for billing teams, deliver Provider Performance Reports, and resolve AR discrepancies and billing escalations directly with providers and physicians.

Previously, I helped build Synergy's prior authorization department from the ground up and led a team of 6–8 authorization specialists. I managed the full authorization lifecycle, from eligibility checks and submissions through payer follow-up, approval tracking, and denial escalation.

Across 4.5+ years in US healthcare operations, I've developed hands-on experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, eligibility and benefits verification, provider reporting, and EHR systems including Tebra, Epic, Practice Fusion, OpenEMR, AdvancedMD, and NextGen Healthcare.
