What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a US healthcare RCM role where I can apply eligibility, benefits, authorization, and account-resolution experience while improving quality, productivity, and workflow outcomes.

I'm currently supporting Natera Inc.'s laboratory billing operations at Credence Resource Management, handling eligibility verification, prior authorization, e-fax management, client projects, and escalation account resolution.

I work across Women's Health, Oncology, and Organ Health, using Salesforce, FRHC, and AdvancedMD to verify coverage, review PCP referrals, and coordinate authorization requirements with providers and insurance companies.

Previously, I managed Primary Care, Oncology, and Endocrinology projects at Fedora, where I used OfficeMD and PracticeFusion for coverage verification, patient communication, self-pay discussions, and appointment support.

Across 2.6 years in US healthcare RCM, I've focused on accurate documentation, HIPAA compliance, SLA delivery, productivity, quality, and root-cause resolution. I'm also currently learning AI skills.
