Working with SaaS startups and design agencies as a Top Rated Plus freelancer on Upwork, from discovery to shipped UI. Redesigned the Zero Longevity mobile app and delivered end-to-end product design for agency clients.

Owned the full product design cycle including discovery, UX strategy, user flows and final UI. Built scalable design systems and worked with founders, PMs and engineers to define product direction.

Worked on own startup Virally.social.

Designed the client dashboard, internal admin dashboard and marketing website. Led research, wireframing and usability testing from concept to release, and worked with PM and customer support to prioritize features.

Led the design team as the company grew to 120 people. Owned the customer dashboard, website, brand and marketing campaigns, and used product analytics, surveys and interviews to find drop-off points.

Designed a SaaS dashboard that simplified complex hosting workflows for non-technical customers. Built a token-based design system and component library, and validated features through usability testing and heuristic evaluations.

Redesigned the booking platform and built a new UI kit. Ran user interviews, call-center focus groups and competitor audits, and used behavior data to fix accessibility issues.

Established visual design guidelines for the brand and produced social media assets, illustrations, videos, and more.
