At Vijana na Fursa (F.D.C), I serve as the main contact for members and stakeholders, handling enquiries and maintaining confidential, accurate records.
I coordinate meetings and communication between members, partners, and local authorities to support access to business opportunities. I also co-founded Vijana na Fursa, a certified youth group accessing government-supported youth loan funding for entrepreneurship.
During field training at VGs Natural Products, I promoted and sold natural skin care products, answered customer questions, and closed sales. I gained experience in customer relationships, product knowledge, and after-sales follow-up.
As a Field Researcher in Chang'ombe Ward, Dodoma, I conducted community research and authored assessment reports for development planning. I hold an Ordinary Diploma in Community Development and have training in digital marketing and digital business.
