What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operational or customer-facing role where I can support accurate records, respond to client inquiries, follow procedures, and grow through hands-on responsibilities.

I've supported customers, farmers, and stakeholders through clear communication, product information, and responsive follow-up.

At the Tanzania Official Seed Certification Institute (TOSCI), I collected, organized, and recorded field data, supported documentation and report preparation, and conducted field inspections according to established procedures.
