What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can provide strong service, maintain accurate records, support customers, and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

I've supported customers at Gray-Notes Software, assisting with payroll software coding and development, resolving software-related inquiries by phone, and maintaining customer payroll records. I also assisted with receivables and followed up on outstanding payments.

My customer-facing experience includes hosting, waitressing, cashiering, and reservations at Tides Restaurant, Larry Rogers Restaurant, Zouk Lounge, and Worrels Bakery. I've welcomed guests, managed tables and schedules, processed payments, handled cash accurately, and kept service areas organized.

I've also worked as a courier, family caregiver, and clerical assistant intern at the Women & Development Unit, UWI Open Campus. I'm a quick learner who enjoys customer-facing work, accurate record keeping, and helping teams operate smoothly in fast-paced spaces.
