At Amcor Tunisia, I upgraded the QHSE management system, managed audits, and calculated the plant carbon balance and product carbon footprint according to ISO 14067. I also led cross-functional system projects, including CMMS optimization and software deployment based on written specifications.

At LEONI Wiring Systems, I prepared and achieved IATF 16949 certification for a new site, then built the quality system team for another new site. My PhD research examines the integration of environmental and energy management systems, and I have taught Lean management and CMMS at university level.
