At All Brains Clinic, I rebuilt the team's workflow and raised on-time clinical report delivery from 30% to 85% in five months. The improvement has been sustained.

I redesigned clinic processes that supported growth from 70–90 to 150+ active clients per month without adding headcount. I also restructured the operating system so each administrator could handle 60+ active cases.

I led a distributed team of up to 11 and coordinated 12+ specialists through the Chief Medical Officer. I also led the Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration, mapping workflows and onboarding staff with zero data loss.

I build operational tools for my own daily use. I directed AI coding tools to create Point, a booking tool for multi-appointment assessments, which cut booking and record work by roughly half across ~100 clients.
