I'm currently coordinating conferences, meetings and corporate events at Royal Garden Hotel, working with clients, suppliers and internal departments to deliver successful events in a luxury hotel environment.

I prepare event documentation, rooms and materials, respond quickly to operational issues, and maintain high service standards in fast-paced settings.

Previously at TK Maxx, I delivered customer service, resolved enquiries, processed payments accurately and supported merchandising and sales objectives. At Holmes Place Portugal, I managed reception, appointments, calls, email enquiries and confidential administrative records while building positive member relationships.

With a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Business and Tourism Management, I bring more than five years of experience across hospitality, administration, events and retail.
