What I'm looking for

I’m looking to leverage my administrative and patient coordination experience to improve operational efficiency, support doctors and teams, and maintain seamless scheduling and workflows in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a dedicated Administrative Assistant with experience supporting patient administration, clinic coordination, and scheduling. I’ve managed appointment workflows, supported physicians with scheduling needs, and served as a liaison between medical staff.

In my roles, I’ve consistently handled patient and customer needs with clarity and professionalism—managing complaints, scheduling and rescheduling appointments based on physician requests, and following up until issues are resolved.

At Sidra Medicine (12/2022 – Present), I support clinic operations through coordination, meetings with doctors and operating managers, and by assisting doctors with blocking clinics or leaves, surgeries, and public holidays. I also act as the link between physicians and doctors to keep workstreams running smoothly.

Across customer service roles at Hamad Medical Corporation, Vodafone Qatar, and Barwa bank, I built strong communication, organization, and multitasking habits—handling inquiries via social media chat, telesales, outbound troubleshooting calls, and feedback processing.
