At Aliens Tattoo School & Studios, I built and scaled the Brand Alliances function, managing partnerships from opportunity identification and proposition development through negotiation, legal alignment, activation, and rollout. My work has contributed to 31 strategic partnerships, ₹13.3M+ in equivalent marketing value, 26M+ brand touchpoints, and 1,400+ qualified leads.

Previously, at Bombay Shaving Company, I led alliances across brand, D2C, and marketing partnerships, delivering a 60% increase in alliances and building a pipeline of 2–3 high-impact partnerships each month. I also created barter-led marketing models with up to 90% barter to reduce media spend and unlock alternative inventory.

At Advanced HairStudio, I progressed from Marketing Manager to Regional Head West and National Head for Strategic Alliances & Business Development. I delivered an 80% increase in partnerships, built regional teams, and developed revenue-sharing, barter, and nationwide activation programmes.
