I’m a results-driven Category and Commercial Manager with 10+ years of experience across FMCG, retail, and e-commerce in Egypt and the region. I’m known for category strategy, procurement, vendor negotiations, pricing, and planogram execution—backed by strong commercial frameworks and KPI ownership.

In my recent role at Olife, I established business KPIs to track and accelerate company growth and led commercial strategies while managing sales team performance. I drove product assortment, pricing approvals, and category positioning across the website, while building supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing, quality services, and improved payment terms.
