I’m a results-driven, CIPS-certified Procurement Professional with 16+ years of progressive experience in the oil and gas sector at Badr Petroleum Company (Bapetco). I advanced from hands-on global buying operations to leading department-level procurement strategies focused on continuity, commercial value, and supplier performance.

I manage high-value contracts and end-to-end tender management, including contract negotiation, LOI issuance, and PO issuance, while screening and qualifying global suppliers. I’m an SAP expert in procurement workflows and I align cross-functional stakeholders to reduce over-specification and optimize quantities, durations, and delivery outcomes. Through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and KPI-based supplier performance metrics, I protect corporate bottom lines.

In my current role as Procurement Department Head, I direct procurement for production chemicals, oversee logistics and delivery follow-ups, and lead best-practice tendering processes.
