I’m a results-driven Incident Manager who leads cross-functional teams in incident response and management, coordinating bridge calls with technical teams and end users to restore services ASAP. I focus on incident mitigation, recovery, and resolution while keeping communication strong to protect business continuity.

As an ITSM consultant in Wipro Ltd and on the Novartis Project, I’ve worked across ITIL process covering Incident, Change, event, and request management. I manage service level management, Service Level Agreements (SLA), service assurance, performance metrics, and analytical reporting through audit reports to support reliable operations.

I’m known for bringing clarity during high-pressure situations—ensuring the right stakeholders are aligned through escalation management, customer communication, and structured incident tooling usage. I also contribute to service reliability by supporting operational performance and continuous improvement of incident handling.

I’m passionate about improving incident tooling, reliability environment, and user communication to make every response faster and more effective. I’m self-confident and ready to tune myself into new incident management and reliability environments where impact is measurable.
