Hi, I’m Amberstorm. I’ve spent the last several years in recruiting and talent acquisition, helping organizations find the right people while creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
My background includes full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and partnering with leadership to fill a variety of positions, particularly within healthcare and behavioral health. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, which has allowed me to connect with diverse talent pools and build strong relationships across different communities.
What I enjoy most about recruiting is getting to know people and helping them find opportunities that truly fit their goals. I love the challenge of finding great talent, solving hiring problems, and serving as a trusted partner to both candidates and hiring teams.
