At Gipper, I designed a scalable design system and interaction patterns, re-skinned the web and mobile apps, and partnered with Product and Engineering to launch a new product line. I also led product design from discovery through launch and iteration.
At Paper.co, I helped grow the Product Design team from 3 designers into a department of 14 and established management roles and a UX research team. I led an accessibility overhaul that resulted in Paper passing WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and guided the Origami design system.
At PowerSchool (formerly Schoology), I contributed accessible components and patterns as the design system subject-matter expert. I also worked with Product and Engineering on feature solutions for students and educators, informed by qualitative and quantitative UX research.
I'm now designing and building PulseCheck, a daily classroom comprehension and social-emotional check-in tool, from concept to working product. I use AI-assisted tools across strategy, design, and front-end implementation.
