I'm a Product Manager focused on delivering high-impact digital products across regulated, multi-partner ecosystems. At SNCF, I was hired into a newly created role to structure a middleware connected to 5 business assets, coordinating a French ecosystem of 5 partner teams and one Italian software vendor to support the integration of a critical railway production system, under strict NDA, in Build mode. I own the product vision and roadmap across 5 functional domains at different maturity stages, prioritize using MoSCoW, and manage a cross-functional team of 7 (Product Owners, developers, testers).

Previously, as a Product Owner at BNP Paribas, I delivered high-impact, regulated digital products with strong cybersecurity and governance at the center — designing and deploying an internal Group-wide tool to centrally manage intranet and internet URLs, serving 2,000+ internal users. I led a cross-functional Agile team of 5 developers, owning the end-to-end product backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria, BUILD/RUN arbitration, technical debt, and incident management), tracked KPIs around performance, stability, and adoption, and expanded the protection framework with DDoS mitigation, phishing prevention, SSL certificate management, and control reinforcement.

Before that, I led delivery as a Product Owner and Lead Developer at Auriga, building a SQL conversion engine integrated into an ERP solution (Java, React/TypeScript), gathering user needs through a dedicated user committee, and ensuring quality through unit testing and documentation. Earlier, I contributed to end-to-end refactoring and modernization efforts at Banque de France and built and migrated financial reporting applications at Société Générale, including REST APIs, automated testing, and data visualization with Power BI.
