At Amazon, I applied Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodology to improve workforce processes, increasing operational efficiency by 28% and reducing defect and compliance exposure by 18%.

I also advise the CEO of NAVE Security on people strategy and organizational infrastructure for a regulated cybersecurity business, and founded Avoryn Intelligence, an AI-native healthcare compliance SaaS platform.
