In my current Operational Staff role, I handle 100+ orders per shift while maintaining accuracy and speed. I manage cash transactions and the POS system with zero discrepancies, and I support team workflow during peak hours to prevent service delays. Previously, as a Bar Staff / Cashier, I managed daily cash flow and closing procedures using AxisPOS, worked shifts up to 16–18 hours, and supported productivity during a continuous flow of customers.
