What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can deliver reliable customer service and support accurate loan/refund application processing, work effectively in a team, and continuously improve quality while meeting service targets.

I’m a National Youth Service Corps (Nysc) participant with experience supporting refund and loan-application workflows at the Federal Mortgage Bank. I handle scanning and uploading applications, checking completed submissions, and processing refunds—always focused on accuracy and customer support.

Through my NYSC tasks, I’ve developed strong effectiveness in team settings, clear communication, and practical problem-solving under real service expectations. I’m comfortable achieving targets and handling customer service responsibilities while improving the quality of completed applications.

With a B.Sc. in Sociology from Ahmadu Bello University (2017–2023), I bring a service-minded, people-focused perspective to my work. I also support community service through Servicom CDS Group in Kaduna State, and I bring qualities like dedication, creativity, foresight, and leadership to every assignment I’m given.
