What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into Risk Assessment, SME and Commercial Underwriting, or Insurance Operations, building on my insurance experience and financial knowledge while developing stronger technical expertise in risk evaluation and underwriting.

At ICICI Lombard General Insurance, I manage bancassurance across 30+ Axis Bank branches in Nashik. I coordinate with bank partners on business priorities, insurance products, renewals, and policy issuance.

I’ve sustained portfolio retention above 80% through renewal coordination and partner engagement, and I lead product training for Axis Bank personnel. I monitor MIS and Daily Revenue Reports to track performance and identify gaps.

As a Management Trainee at ICICI Lombard, I achieved 140% of assigned KPIs in FY 2025–26 and contributed to an 8 percentage point increase in Nashik cluster market share. I’m pursuing the Fellowship (FIII) of the Insurance Institute of India to deepen my expertise in risk evaluation and underwriting.
