At Wipro Limited, I lead global delivery programs for a leading global technology client across APAC, EMEA, NAMER, and LATAM. I transitioned the client’s OS platform global operations program from the incumbent vendor, scaled it, and my consistently smooth execution enabled me to convert the existing program to a multi-year contract. Across two incumbent-vendor transitions and an 8-country delivery footprint (India, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, UK, Poland, US, Mexico), I have sustained 100% SLA compliance with a peak team of 180+ across 15+ parallel SOWs.

For the client’s smart home devices program, I led the project transition, operational setup, team ramp-up, and governance reporting cadence. I grew the program from 3 to 50+ headcount.

I’ve also managed consumer hardware testing programs covering RF/OTA validation, carrier certification, and reliability testing, growing the teams from 20 to 60+ headcount. For a browser triage and release program, I manage QA for new builds, including testing and defect triage.

Earlier, at Sasken Technologies, I worked on Android platform porting, Linux Test Project integration, and embedded systems development. At Mahathi Software, I worked on a customer project for NCR Corporation, managing build, release engineering, and deployment pipelines.
