At Wipro Limited, I ran three concurrent projects for Citibank, HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group through a 36-member global team. I delivered a SGD 4M fixed-price banking engagement, managing scope and resources to protect margin.

I led modernization work that moved monoliths to microservices on AWS, including a Kafka-based platform handling 10M+ daily transactions with a 99.99% uptime SLA. I also documented more than 50 Architecture Decision Records and governed CI/CD delivery.

Before Wipro, I delivered platform redesigns and aviation client engagements at NIIT Technologies, including work for Emirates and Qatar Airways. Earlier roles at Span Infotech, Tata Consultancy Services, Mphasis and 3i Infotech included banking, telecom and software engineering work.

I mentor engineers and use GenAI tools including GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude for code review, test-case generation and status reporting. I hold SAFe Agilist, CSM and OCA certifications.
