I'm looking to build scalable Salesforce solutions that improve business processes, system stability, user adoption, and measurable outcomes while leading strong delivery teams.

At Cummins, I build Salesforce solutions that improve the Lead-to-Quote process, lead a team of five, and reduced a custom pricing object from 2 million records to 10K. I use Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Flows while prioritising standard configuration where it fits.

Across Nagarro, Tourlane, Girikon, and Sopra Banking Software, I've delivered Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning implementations, REST integrations, releases, and reporting. I've saved about 20 GB through AWS S3 email archiving and improved CSAT by 0.3 points with automated workload routing.
