I seek a data-driven growth role where I can own multi-channel CRM, drive retention and LTV improvements, work cross-functionally, and scale high-retention cohorts within an ambitious, growth-oriented team.

I am a growth-focused CRM and marketing professional with hands-on experience owning multi-channel engagement (push, newsletter, WhatsApp, SMS, in‑app) and running retention metrics like D30+, M1/M6, churn, and LTV. I leverage tools such as MDS, Moengage, GA4, Adjust, Connectly, SQL, and AWS to design data-driven customer journeys and cohort strategies.

I have led cross-functional growth initiatives across ecommerce and B2B environments, delivering strong GMV and order growth and designing re-engagement and loyalty programs. I also consult on market strategy, audience persona development, and integrated campaign execution across digital, social, email, content, and OOH channels.

As a coach and startup advisor, I have supported incubation and acceleration programs, designed STEM learning projects, and prepared startups for investment. I am results-oriented, enjoy solving hard activation and retention problems, and prioritize judicious use of time and data-driven decision making.
