I’m a results-driven Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Specialist, focused on leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and optimizing project workflows. I bring stakeholder engagement and servant leadership to help teams continuously improve and deliver with clarity.

I’ve contributed to measurable outcomes by enhancing team velocity through Agile best practices and reducing delivery timelines. I’ve supported the successful launch of scalable platforms such as PrepMajor and GiftRete, reaching over 245,000 users, while keeping delivery customer-centric.

In my Scrum Master role, I maintain real-time Agile dashboards in Azure DevOps (burndown, velocity, and sprint progress) to forecast delivery and communicate insights. I deliver bi-weekly sprint reports to business leadership and collaborate with stakeholders and third-party vendors to resolve blockers and keep project flow on track.

My Agile journey includes starting as a Scrum Master (Intern), where I helped teams apply Scrum values, resolve impediments, and ensure user stories meet the INVEST criteria for shippable releases. Across hybrid and remote settings, I’m committed to building high-performing teams, advancing product delivery, and driving innovation aligned with the Agile Manifesto.
