As a freelance tour guide in Lisbon, I coordinated daily itineraries, group bookings, check-ins, and ticket management. I adapted tours to changing weather, group interests, and unexpected circumstances while promoting private tours and maintaining consistently high ratings across travel platforms.

My customer service and visual merchandising experience at Patagonia Outlet strengthened my sales, organization, and client-facing skills. I'm completing a Tourism degree and bring Spanish, English, Portuguese, and conversational German to travel-planning and event-focused work.
