What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to lead agricultural, food quality, regulatory, or operational programs where I can improve services, develop teams, build industry partnerships, and drive practical change.

I direct domestic and international dairy grading operations at USDA Agricultural Marketing Service, leading a workforce of 35+ federal employees and serving 300+ dairy processing and equipment manufacturing plants across 38 states and 17 countries.

I manage a $12 million non-appropriated budget, oversee voluntary quality-review programs, and lead operational improvements such as the Remote Butter Grading Program to expand access for small and remote processors. I also build partnerships with universities, research institutions, and industry organizations to address regulatory and workforce challenges.

Alongside my USDA work, I operate Limback Livestock LLC, managing livestock production, herd health, grazing, financial records, sales, and brand development. My background spans agricultural education, market reporting, compliance audits, commodity grading, food safety, and quality management systems.
