I am looking for a career that can challenge me.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, I have developed a strong ability to handle customers with compassion and ensure they have the best experience possible. My background includes 15 years in the restaurant industry, where I excelled in meeting, greeting, seating, and serving customers while managing staff effectively. I have a proven track record of upselling items and handling customer complaints with empathy, ensuring continued business and satisfaction.

In addition to my restaurant experience, I have spent 2 years at Sears Call Center, where I answered incoming calls, took catalogue orders, and upsold daily promotions to meet targets. My 10 years as a Level 2 Dental Assistant further honed my skills in patient care, time management, and attention to detail, allowing me to keep the doctor on schedule while completing all daily side duties.

Lastly, I have been an office administrator for a local roofing company the last 4 years where I keep organized records and interact daily with customers and staff. This position requires me to handle payroll, estimates, invoices, receipts, emails, phone calls, scheduling and ordering. This position demands my attention to detail, organization, communication and dedication.
