I'm looking to improve customer delivery, lead times, inventory, and cost across a collaborative, resilient supply chain network.

I'm currently improving supply chain execution at Collins Aerospace, where I reduced back-orders from 200 to 50 lines by implementing MOQs and safety-stock limits. I also strengthened quality-notification turnaround, order-status visibility, requisition accuracy, and critical-shortage collaboration across plants in Canada, Belgium, and the Philippines.

At JELD-WEN Windows and Doors, I managed a 24-month demand plan and connected product, customer, and financial performance through monthly demand reviews. I partnered with sales representatives to improve forecast accuracy and supported SAP HANA design and implementation through the IBP process.
