What I'm looking for

I’m looking to use my banking experience in branch operations, payments, and customer service while applying my technology skills to improve efficiency and accuracy, and to contribute to an organization’s success.

I’m an officer with 1.5 years of experience in banking branch operations, sales, and customer service, and I genuinely enjoy helping people make confident financial decisions. I advise customers in financial planning and support their investments with care and clarity.

I take ownership of end-to-end branch responsibilities—covering forex, payments, and loans—while ensuring timely, accurate transactions and resolving discrepancies. When needed, I’ve stepped in fully for branch operations and completed a gold audit with no comments.

I’m also building my technical side through a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Computer Applications, along with projects like an IoT-based home automation system and a web-based music application. I presented research on cybersecurity and reducing stress with AI, and I hold certifications including Infosec Expert and Azure Fundamentals.
