I'm looking to lead finance strategy and operations for a founder-led or private equity-backed company, building scalable reporting, forecasting, controls, and capital discipline while partnering directly with CEOs, boards, and owners.

I've led finance, accounting, forecasting, and capital strategy for founder-led and private equity-backed businesses ranging from early-stage companies to $70M+ platforms. My work combines board-level financial leadership with hands-on GAAP reporting, consolidations, audit-ready close, and cash discipline.

At Duchateau, I served as VP of Finance & Accounting/CFO for a $60M–$70M multi-entity home design company. I reduced month-end close time by 45%+, increased gross margin by 7–9%, consolidated 12+ legal entities into four operating companies, and led debt capital strategy across revolvers, term loans, and asset-based facilities.

Through JBT Inc.'s fractional CFO practice, I serve as the sole FP&A owner for Duchateau and build finance functions for clients such as PracticeCFO. At PracticeCFO, I improved forecasted EBITDA by approximately 6.3%, generated $125K in annualized savings, and reduced monthly close from 15 days to 3–5 days.

I've also supported PE portfolio companies, including The Producto Group, where I strengthened close processes, implemented liquidity forecasting, and presented results directly to the CEO and Board. I bring deep experience in technical accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial systems, AI-enabled reporting, and translating financial results into operating decisions.
