What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic finance and operational performance, partnering with executive leadership and boards to improve reporting, forecasting, profitability, controls, and scalable finance operations.

At CDH Partners, I lead finance for a $14M+ architectural and professional services firm, partnering with the board and executive leadership on forecasting, business strategy, project profitability, and organizational decision-making.

Previously, I led accounting and administrative functions through three acquisitions at gWorks, directed ASC 606 revenue recognition, and built a five-person team to support rapid growth. At NexGen Utility Solutions, I partnered directly with the President and CEO to improve job-level profitability, cash flow, financial planning, GAAP procedures, and financial systems.

I also founded Better Indeed Group, where I delivered financial advisory and outsourced accounting services to entrepreneurs and small businesses. Across professional services, SaaS, utility services, and entrepreneurial organizations, I build practical reporting, controls, KPIs, and finance operations that improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making.
