Aly Dibiki

I am a Business Development Manager with a strong background in operations and finance, currently pursuing my Bachelor in Business Administration at the German International University. My experience includes managing a 150-employee crane rental company, where I led system upgrades and streamlined logistics to enhance operational efficiency.

One of my key achievements was the successful end-to-end implementation of a company-wide ERP system, which modernized our financial management and procurement processes. This project not only improved supply chain visibility but also resulted in significant process automation and real-time reporting. Additionally, I co-founded DeliverU, an on-campus food delivery startup, where I conducted comprehensive market research and business planning, validating our product-market fit through rigorous testing.
