I build and moderate Discord servers and the rules that keep them consistent across posts, images, and links. I review user-reported content, make judgement calls on borderline cases, and document moderation decisions so other moderators can apply the same standard.

I also develop Discord bots with automated moderation and AI conversational features, iterating on prompts and testing outputs for accuracy, tone, and unwanted behaviour. I’m used to applying detailed guidelines across high volumes of varied cases.

Before this, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Joe Simons, handling unclear and unusual queries by applying policy consistently and writing clear case notes for colleagues. I flagged cases where policy didn’t cover the situation, with summaries and suggested fixes.

Day to day, I work with AI tools to build and prompt conversational bots, while following social media and internet culture closely across platforms. I’m set up for remote contract work with secure personal equipment and high-speed broadband.
