I want to build customer-first digital products end-to-end—especially AI-enabled features that ship reliably into production. I’m looking for teams that value operational rigor, clear feedback loops, and autonomy to own outcomes.

I’m an engineer-turned product builder with an MSc in Electronic Engineering and 5+ years across technology operations, analytics, and product development at IBM, Zurich, Brighton (UK), and WTW. I architect and ship digital products end-to-end, from early legal-tech foundations (e.g., UK Right to Work/EU Citizenship SaaS and CRM web apps) to autonomous AI agents that run unattended in production.

I blend technical fluency with a customer-first mindset shaped by frontline roles in aviation and hospitality. That combination helps me design for real user experience while staying rigorous on reliability, escalation paths, and operational readiness.

My work spans full-stack delivery and AI integration: I’ve built Chrome Extension + web app CRMs (capturing jobs from sources like LinkedIn/Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby), autonomous workflow-driven research and auto-publishing blog content, and legal-tech that generates parking-fine appeal letters in under two minutes.
