I am looking for opportunities that allow me to support employee well-being and contribute to effective HR strategies in a collaborative environment.

I am currently pursuing an MA in Human Resource Counselling at ELTE, where I focus on career counseling, employee well-being, and organizational development. My studies delve into workplace psychology, motivation, and Employee Data Analysis to enhance HR strategies. With a strong foundation in psychology, I am dedicated to creating effective workplace solutions.

Previously, I earned a BA in Psychology from AAB College, where I developed robust research, communication, and problem-solving skills. My internship experiences at the Psychosocial Center for Trauma Therapy and LIN-PROJEKT SH.P.K have equipped me with practical skills in recruitment, employee records management, and mental health awareness campaigns. I am passionate about fostering a supportive work environment that prioritizes employee well-being.
