I delivered 100% of design milestones on time and strengthened approval cadence by about 30%.

Previously at The Rocket Code and IBM, I led Agile delivery, roadmaps, budgets, capacity planning, and cross-functional engineering teams. My work increased on-time releases by about 30%, reduced integration incidents by about 48%, achieved 96% schedule adherence, and delivered initiatives about 8% under budget.

I also bring hands-on experience building web and mobile applications, databases, payment platforms, API integrations, and OWASP-aligned vulnerability-management practices. I work in English and Spanish across Mexico, Latin America, and global remote teams.
